Vannie Lau
She has completed:

Vannie is a Provisional Clinical Counsellor and an IFS therapist (Level 1 trained) who offers therapy in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Originally from Hong Kong, she previously worked as a social justice lawyer. During that time, she saw how people facing unfairness and hardship not only needed legal help, but also emotional support and understanding. This led her to counselling, where she now walks alongside people through their struggles with care and compassion.
In her work, Vannie gently helps clients make sense of their feelings, understand how life experiences shape them, and find ways to live more authentically and peacefully. She often supports people with:

Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Carol provides culturally attuned support
to diverse clients. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory,
trauma-informed principles, and evidence-based practices, which she
