ICBC Counselling
12 free sessions covered by ICBC. Support includes anxiety, stress, insomnia, driving anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.
No doctor referral required, just your claim number.


Outreach Counselling
We understand that after an accident or during recovery, getting to an office may feel overwhelming.
That’s why we offer outreach counselling, bringing professional care to your home or a nearby community space. This way, you can focus on healing in a place that feels safe and comfortable.

Individual Counselling
We provide one-on-one professional counselling to support you in addressing emotions, stress, relationships, and life challenges.
Fee: $175 / 50 minutes
Extended Health Benefits:
If you have private or employer-provided extended health insurance, counselling fees may be partially or fully reimbursed. Coverage amount and number of sessions vary depending on the insurance plan. Please check with your provider before booking.
